The rise of new pathogens such as SARS-CoV-2 has brought to light how important infectious disease research is. NanoString's nCounter technology efficiently enables researchers to work on urgent needs for therapeutic and vaccine development as well as a basic understanding of the virus. The newly launched COVID-19 probe set has 10 genes, 8 of which are COVID-19 viral protein genes, and is ideal to pair with any of the immunology gene expression panels.
